At the 26th of December west coast of Finland was hit by a remains of storm Dagmar. Dagmar had hit coast of Norway with record winds couple days earlier. Also in Finland it was called "the storm of decade", quite accurately. Last time such winds and seawater raise was recorded was back in 2001. Also, these things usually don't happen in December. What was supposed to be a routine check of property turned out to be something different this time. |
